For due diligence and planning, we offer literature and background research, reconnaissance surveys, and consultation with relevant agencies.  

To meet the requirements for many federal, state, and local permits or funding, we perform all aspects of Phase I cultural resources survey, including archaeological, architectural history, and viewshed assessments.

Should additional testing or mitigation be required, we are capable of National Register of Historic Places assessments, archaeological mitigations of effect, including developing memoranda of agreements. alternative mitigation solutions, and archaeological monitoring.
